Not babies... they're not very good sport. Toddlers. Just starting to walk.  You put 3M double sided tape on the bottoms of their feet. Great fun. Or you tether them to the roof light fixtures with fishing line, give 'em about a 6foot roaming area. Roll food past them, if they catch it, they get to keep it. Teaches 'em hand/eye coordination.
