i got a distal humerus fracture , it was communited , capitulum was not reconstructable , doc put 3 plates in my elbow , 2 on humerus , 1 on olecranon. this is the 4th week in in a sling ROM now . have few degrees of movement , if i force to move arm further some sound comes from the elbow is that normal ? and i want to know have u ever heard of a patient started lifting heavy objects or got 100% recovered after this type of fracture ?
