the yanks can take iran in under 2 months n establish a new govt there like what they did in afghanistan n iraq,the problem is the insurgencies that happens after that will be harder to control,iraq was a successful coz the u.s manage to win the iraqi public n able to stabilize the country,sure there are bombings,but the country is under full control,afghanistan insurgency problem is worst,if that happens in iran after a successful invasion of iran,it will be major problem,but yanks can do it.

@fmoa Iran already had their revolution against Corrupt American influence when it deposed the Shah 30 years ago. Egypt & Tunisia have recently followed suit, this movement will go on throughout the Middle East/North African countries. The US & UK should mind their own business and get their own house in order. People around the world are fed up with their the USA imposing oppressive regimes on foreign nations.

@bimal1307 Well, how come they don't have possession of it then? Diego Garcia is a BIOT - a British Indian Ocean Territory. Diego Garcia had no permanent inhabitants when discovered by Europeans in the 16th century and remained so until settled as a French colony in 1793. It was ceded to England in the Treaty of Paris (1814). It is currently administered from a Desk in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London. It never was and never will be Mauritian! LOL
