@Stryfe777 missingno in general are safe (unless from pokemon yellow)

even M's are okay as long as they aren't level 0 and put in the PC. the only negative effects are corruption of your hall of fame and duplication of items

I saw a glitch pokemon that looked just like this on pokemon Green. Thing is, it was on hex FD, and it was a Jolteon hybrid.

The only way to get it is to have a certain character in the third, fifth or seventh slot of your name, either X,Y or Z.
