No, the poor guy didnt want to just file a report, he was resisting arrest for something. Like you said, you didn't record or witness the whole incident. If this is so, how is this police misconduct?
I say we start a regime that is so powerful we look for any police officer door to door and put them in labor camps for the rest of their life. Nazis did it to my ancestors , why can't we strike back.
and i am pretty sure this is not the whole incident but in the whole incident something else probably occurred. These officers are far from innocent. do not be so quick to make assumptions because the convenience store most likely has the whole situation and i can not wait to see how this turns out. they never put the real stories on the news.
