Most mass "health" programs and agencies are really fronts for eugenicist programs. Think about it - what did we do before regular "check ups" and tests were programmed into our minds, like yearly pap smears, mamograms, etc? Why are there so many breast cancer cases since mamograms have been promoted? Duh! They use radiation - a known cause of cancer.
