im looking to acquire an acoustic guitar suited for country blues like blind blake, rev gary davis, big bill, etc..

Can you a recommended a few models that are higher end but somewhat affordable for a middle of the line chump like myself!

I saw you play lot of different guitars, from a cheap Wasburn vintage parlor to this gorgeous L-00. How do you like this Gibson ? I have heard lot of comments about it and I have not understood yet if it is a marvel or a overrated wood box.

By the way: Are you satisfied with your Gibson L-00? It doesn't seem to have a very good reputation soundwise for a 2000 $ guitar. At least that's what I could gather from some comments to other videos featuring the Blues King.

I know audio/video could be better for I'm using a small Canon photocamera for my takes.

The fact is that I'm affected with a very bad guitar G.A.S. ( Gear Aquisition Syndrome) and every time I got some money left I visit my guitar pusher instead of buying a decent camera... :-)

many tkz for your post!

To play this tune I just tune down one whole tone the bass E string while for the rest it' all standard tuning. In some other piece that you may find on my channel I also use standard, Vestapol or open G tunings, depending on the instrument and on the king of music I have to play.
