As for the gender mod: I found it on another video on youtube. Look for "Male Shepard and Kaidan romance" (by lasangreal) - it's the 2nd link there (I think it comes with instructions - if it doesn't and you can't figure it out, just send me a message, I'll be glad to help :-)
