Heres the thing, Nintendo saw the hundreds of requests and even fan SITES based on wanting Geno in SSBB, they put him in, the Geno Woods song and this vid proves it, Square Enix found out in the making of it and flipped out, so Nintendo had to take him out. Square Enix was afraid that the sales rate would skyrocket, and they wouldn't recieve the profit, so thier selfish arses, well, started being selfish arses and demanded they take him out. Afterwards, no one knew why he wasnt there cuz of SE.

@ksarem Lucas & Ness are the main of characters of the series they represent though. (ness was in 2 games i think) In the Mario series, Geno was in one mario game, "SMRPG", just to give that game a story. If geno stars in his own franchise (like Wario and Yoshi), he could be in a ssb game.
