I can't believe they pulled this re-make off! Great re-make, the original was deffinantly better though. The audience was so fun, some girl was screaming during the movie, and at the end of the movie a guy stood up and yelled out "I hope everyone has a goodnight's sleep!" 8.5/10, mainly because the the theatre experience.

Despite Michael Bay directing this I can't really help myself to being a bit intrigued by it.Obviously I am a HUGE fan of the original Wes Craven epic but who knows.I know it's kinda nit-picky but for me personally I can't see anyone other than Robert England as Freddy.He was the one and only in my book to truly capture the menace and cynical behavior of Freddy Kruger.One thing i can say about this version is the Cinematography and atmosphere look very nice so I think I'll give it a fair shot :P
