This is DEFINITELY true to some parts of Atlanta, especially the wing order. I'm from Atlanta, born and raised but I've lived mostly for the last 20 years in Midtown and so this is not my experience of how many of the people I know and meet talk, but my son's friends (some who live near college park and east point) do talk like this. It's more cultural than it is location. But it's nice to see beautiful young black people so proud of their use of language. We all represent Atlanta differently.
