My biggest complaint is the amount of panning in and out, it made the video feel way too dramatic . The original Dove commercial did way less dramatic pans then this video. Sometimes less is more!

Women however, get these images shoved down there throat of girls or who are a size 00-- which for 95-98% of girls over the age of 15 is not only unnattainable but a dangerous ideal. The amount of girls with anorexia compared to guy is 7 to 1. meaning that for every 1 guy who is anorexic there are 7 girls. Also, in most ads men are shown as powerful and dominant- women are shows as being dominated which is something that wears on self-esteem. So this little photoshop is nothing. quit whining.

@robynmoore11 Not true. The amount of reported men with anorexia is constantly increasing. These days it has shrunked to ever four people with anorexia one of them is men. Most psychologists agree that men probably suffer from eating disorders equally to women, but are afraid to come forth because it is considered a "feminine" disorder. Most people beleive it is like alcohol. People didn't always believe women were capable of becoming alcoholics because it was considered "masculine".

this is really dissapointing. I thought the outcome image was not remotley believable. You can tell it was photoshopped and it doesn't even look that good. also, the point is what? Even if they photoshopped guys, who are models which I'm sure that they do- it's not nearly as dangerous as the way they do it to women--because: this guy from the start to the finish has the ability to morph in REAL LIFE AND TIME. If he wanted bigger bicepts he could go to the gym and pump iron.

I laugh everytime i think about how many people want to look like the "models" from magazines. Ever since my photoshop instructor showed us a video like this it makes me wonder how many girls, especially young girls want to look like those skinny people. Any way we should feel confortable with our body and the way we look. i always tell people that i don't care what they say or thing, the only thing that matters is that i like how i look and the way i am.

@dan43544911 I'm thinking your definition of "out of shape" is a little off. It really has very little to do with the appearance of the body, just its physical condition. Your muscles don't have to be model-toned to still be able to run, lift, etc just the same. Conversely, I'm generally the thinnest of my friends, and they think I'm crazy when I say I need to get in shape, but I can barely run a block.
