Nah, the only real similarity is that you unlock it after you finish campaign. Sometimes, I'll just run through here when I' bored and kill people by throwing flashbangs and hitting them.

To unlock the Dragunov, you have to get to secon prestige, I think. After completing Campaign, Go back to it and go to the screen where it says Act I, II, and III. There should be a line under III and under the line it should say museum.

You don't get the Dragunov at all in multiplayer. It's one of the weapons for use on campaign only. I know because I am a 2nd prestige level 49. The only thing you get for prestiging is another create-a-class slot every two prestiges I think and you keep all your titles and emblems.

No you dont get another plot EVERY prestige. i know because i am a 2nd prestige level 53 and i still only have 6 custom slots not 7. My guess is that you get one every 2 prestiges AFTER you prestige once like 1, 3, 5, 7, 9. Just a guess though. Know the facts before you talk.
