  • Thanks for demo. I purchased the diamond profile wheel from w w w tile tool net and saved a bundle on my bull nose tile.

  • Where do you buy the blades from mate?

  • Nice videos. Went to your website to get some ideas. Thanks!

  • very nice. do you polish the edge a bit after the cut?

  • Yes, 400 grid sand paper will do.....

  • @oldschoolfellaz What are safety glasses? Tilesetters don' use safety glasses when they use wet saws. The guard, and the water from the saw forces the tile chips down into the tray.

  • nice saw brand bro... although I think it's Husqvarna now.

  • I wish you all were in miami..

  • GOOD JOB

  • I could have done without the stupid music and a little more verbal instruction

  • There been verbal instructions and no music, but YouTube removed that :( so i had to put something or nothing.

I have one more same video - with instructions :)

  • @TileMasterGa ok i keep hearing this why does you tube remove the talkie talkie or better yet what made them remove urs??? great videos though

  • this was trippy as fuck lol. forgive me im fucked up.

  • Its good to see a fellow master on youtube,

  • wonder why the DA wouldnt hold the tile still for one second to show the finished edge?

  • I don't know much about setting tile. I've never done it before. But I'm going to try to tile the walls surrounding a bathtub with marble tile. What I notice in this video is that a large piece of tile he's holding appears to have one beveled edge. That makes sense. I was wondering about the last vertical row on the side walls entering the bathtub. A beveled edge would maybe look better. Does the cutting machine do that?

  • shit music

  • how much that blade cost$.

  • Depending on size from what i know is around $100-150 for 6 inch, and $250-300 for 10 inch

  • Use safety goggles next time when you make a video.

  • Don't like the muslc. I need to here what he is saying.

  • Very cool product, can you tell me the name and where you got it? Thanks.

  • how big is the blade?or what size are using?

  • This is 9 and1/2 inch size.- to use on 10 inch wet saw.

You can also get 6 inch for smaller saw.

    Hope it helps..

  • very cool video, just wish you were speaking so we would better understand what you are doing, such as what type of blade are you using ect.. it would be very helpfull.

  • im looking for a job i know how to fabricate and polishs i live in dallas texas im 20 email me or post a comment at my file

  • so, why do you want a boss

  • if you bull nose ceramic or porcelain all your doing is removing the glaze, unlike stone it cannot be polished to match the rest of the surface

  • When you use the bullnose on marble tile does the edge come out shiny or do you have to polish it to look like the top?

  • well , to make it really shiny i am using 400 grid sand paper

  • if like the other tiles the are granite or marble the pattern just follows through the stone.

  • the first tile you picked up was the ceramic Austria Marron (13x13 geometric pattern).

how do you make a bullnose, you are taking off the image of the tile, it would be bare ceramic?

  • normlly a porcelain tile has the pattern sorta glazd on top. unless its some sort of special tile that patterns all theway through. I never seen them anyway

  • some fully vitrified porcelain tiles have the pattern all the way thru it. Pilkingtons do a range along side thier dorset and quarry tiles.
