yes but there is no tutorial so they cant patch it as its the xbox's fault.....we do it offline and anything offline doesnt apply to LIVE's TUO

we earn them and what we do offline is our/public business LIVE cant do anything us because we bought the console what we do is with it is our business not theres......now in saying that i have earned them LEGIT a few times so live cant ban me because the vid shows offline status and earned on the online profile......
