Travel powers active at most one at a time, though you can switch them out for a small fee. Maybe there are actual mounts later on though.

@kokokri999 Two normal travel powers, one from a crafted item and a weaker version of Acrobatics from the Metabolical Cat Serum you get from Lynx. That's four travel powers, so far.

@RaveRaptor7 all the footage was filmed either during beta or during the early start for pre-orders. Those weren't in the game at the time. I don't play anymore anyway though... game got old quick.

@RodrigoPecine Just different looks. The Rocket jump makes it look like you have boosters on your feet that make you jump, and the super-jump is a hulk-style way of travel. You'd want Super-Jumps with tank-type biological tank type characters, and you'd want Rocket Jump for Robotic tank type characters. Of course, you don't have to do that; you can be pure illogical like having an ice dude using fire flight.

To answer everyone's question. You get two travel powers in the game, 1 at level 5/6 and 1 at level 35. The reason I said 5/6 is because when you exit the Turtorial, you are going to be one of those levels, depending what missions you took (side missions). All travel powers are 1 travel power point. The game is pay to play, and is not that expensive at year sub. It will give you some used up free time and the community is awesome. The Dev's are not doing well but they're getting there.

is it true that the devs are putting vehicles as travel powers too? and there's also two other abilities I would like to see in here as well and that is electric dashing(not running, dashing like how mega man dashes) and warping(not like teleporting but in any case it's using a gadget to open a portal to one spot to the next.)

Sorry for the nitpick, it just irritates me hearing comments about MMO's that suggest they're all exactly the same. If you play every MMO the same way, don't be surprised to get the exact same experience every time.

actually, it was just a reference. People who have never even heard of champions online would not know what exactly a travel power was.... so I said its like a "mount" in other mmos...

No I stopped playing WoW even before the 5 MONTH OLD COMMENT, but nevertheless. Just because you pay to play a game doesn't make the entire playerbase have a low intellect, there is NO way for you to prove that. Infact the synergy in WoW leads to better hand eye coordination and teaches people teamwork early on in the game.

"boring ass crap" is just a subjective opinion, so you know that others find it enjoyable, also MMOs last longer than most one time purchase games.

@assassin4than Every right because I was one of them, it ate my life up, and everyone who plays wow should be just as ashamed as I was, when they finally come up for air. There is not a one single person who plays WoW who really has a healthy lifestyle. My cousin, all he does is play wow and most of the player base is the same way. At least 60% of the active accounts are multi-account owners, and they think it is cool but it is detrimental to their mental health.

Instantly shows me how flawed and uneducated you and your argument is. Saying that 100% of the WoW playerbase is unhealthy is evidently the worst way you can prove a point. Thats why the word most was formed, because otherwise i wouldn't be able to say "swifty" (youtube account Johsnju) is healthy and educates wow players to stay healthy which nullifies your argument.

Second, prejudice is a prejudgment, an assumption made about someone or something before having adequate knowledge to be able to do so with guaranteed accuracy. I have adequate knowledge to be able to guarantee accuracy, people play WoW to fill a void in their lives, it is an addiction no better than drugs, and destroys nearly as many lives.

People play wow to enjoy time with others while achieving feats only possible with the help of others. WoW is one of the most teamwork oriented games, and also just because Swifty is addicted to the game doesn't mean he isn't living healthily.

@Lokithh actually they have some difference in how you do Fights... if you're the healer, teleport drops all aggro on you for 2 seconds... and makes you invulnerable for the entire 2 seconds and you can spam it to stay safe, granted it gets annoying to spam so get Flight for your Main one, and Teleport for your combat based one
