(personally i like nightwish a lot and I dont think there is any better music piece anywhere and from any time than "poet and the pendulum", but elvenking are currently the thing im listening to most of the time so.... yeah :-) )

Imho its all about rythm and stuff. If they are not used to do such performance often, I think hes just helping himself and band by showing how to play more smooth, hard, faster or slower. Same with his legs.
