18 str / 18 wis / 3int or con for best fighter ! U need 5 points of str to get from 18->19 but if u max at start, at lvl 7 u get 1 point in str for being fighter , that 1 point means 5 points cuz it goes 18->19, and as i said to lvl up 18->19 u need 5 points ! for any1 who start a new game ! Max wisdom for more dialogue options, after all this game is based on dialogues so u get more xp/info from npc's

You really should install the recommended planescape mods, not so say the vanilla game isn't a wonderful game but black isle games have some of the most dedicated modders out there.

Shame u didnt put more points into intellegence and wisdom, the game gives you so much more options with those 2 stats raised more, but i dont blame you i did my first playthrough as a fighter as well. Anyways nice seeing an LP of this.

Just a friendly advice: Wisdom is important in this game. This being an RPG a low wisdom character can also beat it, but he would miss out on a lot of the story. And story is what this game is all about.

@Fr0ggeh86 I should say though, even if it is of course by no means a must, the general consensous is that to get the most out of this game, you should max out wisdom and also get a high intelligence, plus a bit charisma. This is because Planescape is almost like an interactive novel, and with these stats you get most options, recall memories etc. Wisdom is said to be the single most important stat in this game, storywise. There are also great mods and fixpacks for this game

@Fr0ggeh86 including a wide screen mod. A list tip, talk to most people, some hilarious dialogue will open with Morte if you talk to a female zombie ;). That was my tips but of course, feel free to ignore them if you want to ;P. That was a lot of text on my part, well... Planescape made me do it!!

Happy playing, this game has the greatest story ever told in a game and rival many of the greatest books and movies I've seen too. Amazing.

@LynxCoding RPG of that complexity only exist on the PC. Nothing against console RPG but there is nothing yet on console that approach the complexity of the RPG that were built around Baldur's Gate engine.

A single class spell list in BG2 is more complex then all class skill combined in Dragon Age. And nothing can even compare to Planescape Torment for story yet.

Nothing against Dragon Age btw, was still the one of the two best fantasy RPG since the first NWN. (Other been the Witcher)
