I think the international news media needs to be fair. Hundreds of political activists have been murdered by ZANU PF and state agencies, and thousands more are missing, as bodies are now being found littered around the country. Hundreds of thousands have fled their homes in fear of the violence. Yet these stories DO NOT make the news. Why? I suppose because they are either Black, or too poor to make 'sexy news'. Please do away with the racial approach: we are all Zimbabweans, black and white

One white family's story hogs the entire news story-while all the countless murdered blacks barely get a mention. Many are suffering much worse in Zimbabwe and this guys story is cherry picked to be told in all its glorius detail. Plays right into Mugabe's rhetoric- and shows why the British with their obvious self-interest can never be regarded as an honest broker in Africa's affairs.

Channel 4 news has been reporting almost daily on the plight of black Zimbabweans, you can hardly accuse them of giving priority to whites. That's the first report I've seen them cover on the Zanu-PF's brutality towards whites.
