The most useful, well, let me call it "ability" is a Death Note. Every extra power is cool, especially if it's a shadow creature combined with the power of the 9-tailed, but a Death Note is a Death Note.

I really dont like Jiro, he has been holding them back with his baggage this whole show. if he got over himself and worked with the others instead of trying to pick fights with them all the time he might not suck

@omanues Jiro sucks in the anime because they turned him into an emo-Sasuke clone :P You'll find this sh** a lot in anime; a guy who holds back the team with his crap, a girl who likes to bully the hero and /secretly/ has a crush on him (Kluke in this case), and a big-breasted anime girl who constantly gets in fights with the "average-female" character over the hero. -rolls eyes- These traits are the main reason I avoid "adventure-themed" animes.
