I fucking love the M2, however i always only have one of them, a jackhammer can do the trick in any mission so stitch always carry one untill i get enough laser gatlings and gauss gatlings so that all my teammates can have one... i always make stich and my main insanly good with big weapons and energy, stich with small and big weapons and farsight with small and energy... I never die!!! just get to deathclaws to carry your ammo and medic stuff and use em as scouts... then it's almost too easy...
I won't lie, I saved and loaded the game quite a few times, and abused stimpacks and the first aid kit :P
In the end, however, as you see in the videos, and judging by how many action points I had... I fed my men drugs such as Mentats, Buffout, Psycho, and the like. Those last I think 8 in-game hours, which is more than enough to do everything from the part when you have to drive the Nuked-APC to the last second of the game.

@treywar25 The people who think this game sucked are retards who found the Fallout series through Fallout 3. Fallout 3 is easy as hell, your stats don't matter, you can max several key skills with ease, etc. It has pretty graphics to make mindless kids happy, that's all. Fallout Tactics you actually have to try, and might have to restart if you didn't build a good team. People bad at games that require you to think dislike FOT.

@treywar25 You can't read very well, I said Fallout 3 was too easy, why would I change the difficulty if it gets hard? Its too easy on hard. Your stats do not matter as much as they did in Fallout 1/2/Tactics. In previous Fallouts, if you had low perception (bad eyesight) you couldn't shoot well, in Fallout 3 you can hit shoot fine with 1 perception. They made it easy so stupid kids would enjoy it and not get frustrated. Fallout shouldn't appeal to kids anyway, stick to Pokemon, that for kids.
How do u not shoot each other? half the damage my squad takes is from burst fire from a squad mate and before i can move them into position brian empties his clip into the back of my head

Fuck anybody who didn't like Fallout 3, it was awesome and the expansion packs only made it better...now they have original Fallout 1 and 2 developers working on New Vegas it is only going to get better.

Getting your own photo into the game is kinda complicated, but if you like playing around with things on the computer, you won't have a problem... just google "custom picture for fallout tactics" or something like that, and you should be able to do it :)
As in for the tank... you find it in (I believe) one of the last missions of the Fourth Bunker :)
This game was really really well done, it's major flaw though, is the canon problems, and the visuals of the armor. Shame though, otehrwise it's great. I also love the artstyle of Tactics.
I love this Fallout, I passed it 4 times :D I am fanatic :D Now I need to buy a new PC to play Fallout 3. I played it on friends PC and actually its too hard only even on medium difficulty. :D But Tactics is actually no.1 in my heart. :P

This video is awesome and makes you feel the hardships of combat. A lot of people didn't think this game was good. I thought it was a blast.
My favorite fan-made campaign is "Go tell to Spartans" I'm going to install the game and play it right now. I think it can still be downloaded at "no mutants allowed".
No problem with that, I am currently beating the game with 1 character on toufguy. If you play with a single it can get hard sometimes, you migh want to get your self a fallout tactics savegame editor to increase your carry weight in order to carry all the stuff you loot because youll need all the money you can get later in the game for best armor.
@Timesplitter4ever the screens dont do it justice. If you can get past all the bugs, its much more involvong than Fallout 3 (which was a piece of crap) The different guns actually do different things, the tension and consequences of stepping on a land mine or fucking up a grenade throw actually mean something (permanently dead chars lol) and nothing sweeter than your sniper on the roof ^^

Gauss Minigun was the bomb man, it wastes a lot of 2mmEC (I think that's what it was called) ammo, but NOTHING resists it, even my characters that wielded Advanced Power Armor got torn to shreds by it lol.
M2 Browning also kicks every enemy's butts. And, lastly, the YK42b Pulse Rifle... loved it :)

I wish fallout tactics 2 would have been produced it was just a idea when interplay went out and the 14 degrees hope of making another one X D i loved the story they made up for the bother hood and the new threats not revealed from 1-2 and it was a good flowing squad based game i loved this.

get fallout 2 first this game was in the same story but isnt based on the popular fallout series really they just took fallout and made it into mroe a squad based shooter. and you can control movement by dragging and clicking but your characters fight themselves based on their passive setting or alert. and you level up

You actually get to do all those things in Fallout Tactics :) You control each character after you hire them.

actually about the Gauss Minigun, (in the game) it was actually made exacly to counter the power amor, and yes it uber powerfull.
