That's of a more Australian style and an illustration out of a book about Aboriginy history and style of paintings like that. The man that wrote the book is also credited as the illustrator for the book so I'm having my doubts as to if that's a real cave painting or not.

The arms on the 'alien' look like Saturn's rings. The theory that Saturn and the Earth used to be right next to each other isn't really that crazy, it explains pretty much everything. Pretend that Saturn was once a brown dwarf that the Earth belonged to, and it got too close to the sun. Ejecting material the became the icy rings, some of which flooded Earth. Tidal forces and debris causing havoc. The elite are obsessed with it, the winged disk, the rams horns.. lots of things can be explained

@zelonzelon Wanted to add, don't think the solar system always was the way it is now. It obviously wasn't. This could've happened over hundreds or thousands of years. The observations became mythology and explained the actions of the gods. Mars was isolated and left for dead. Asteroid belt from impact. Perhaps other planets became moons of Jupiter (either Sol's or Saturn's).

The only thing that struck me was - the painting suggests the concept of the HOLLOW EARTH... the opening of the halo is exactly where the opening to the inside of the earth is located according to Agarthan sources. I would say its an interesting way to depict the Cosmic phenomenon of the relationship between the macrocosm and the microcosm.

@punkish87 The snakes are a very old sign - it still stands for live (many say Sumerian roots of reptilian gods) - you can find it in the medical logos everywhere and even our DNA is shaped like two snakes winding up.
