I thank God I don't live in Maryland ...all those uppity liberals(Socialists) would drive me insane. ALL states need to be open carry without a permit with background check. It's simple and logical. What they do now in my state is charge me for MY Right to Bare Arms. I had to pay $215 to carry(it's open carry or concealed here). I nor anyone else should have to pay for the Right to Bare Arms let alone be blocked completely by socialistic smirking(at the Constitution) bureaucrats.

My rights aren't given to me by the Constitution, they are protected by it. The mere fact that this fool thinks that the government gives us rights is the root of the problem.

Also, the right to keep (own) and bear (carry) arms is protected. What kind of fool thinks that keep and bear is restricted to the single definition of "own, per government regulation"?
