This is extremely well made. I like how the incredible talent of these film-makers enabled them to create something so innocent, yet, for some reason strangely grotesque. Its not that I just like that word, but it made me feels strangely uncomfortable and alienated. So i congratulate them on their nice rendition of KIDS, but they (perhaps accidentally) scared me, and the exact reason is illusory to me...so thank you for that. YOU KNOW WHO I AM. I DONT KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH

This "original" you reference is not an official video although MGMT met with the producer under the username "jsalmon" to watch it. Nonetheless, this video is conpletely able to compete with other portrayals of the track. We'll see how it plays out. Maybe these kids will get their lucky day.
