  • beautiful track and amazing finish to an awesome set. Can't believe it was 8.20am though - my timing goes completely out of the window at SP!

  • Sorry! Niles produced just about everybody with and without the late Bernard Edwards. Everyone from Grace Jones to David Bowie. However, Bernard produced "Love Injection", "Don't You want Me" and "Learn To say No" Duet with George Michaels on her first album. I rememberd this so I found my copy thats now in my hand. She gave tribute to him by re-doing this song.

  • This is the original version done by Chic written by members Nile Rogers and Bernard Edwards. About 1977 and still sounds great.

  • Actually unless he mixed in the original I believe that this is the Todd Terje edit which goes under the name of Chic - I want you love.

Dixon played this as the last tune of the Friday night at the Southport weekender at 8.20am last Saturday morning (SP43 Nov 08), it was an awesome ending to a fantastic night!

  • yes, your're right..seems is a Todd Terje remix, and will be upcoming for the next weeks!! Cool end on early Saturday morning!!

  • You might be right about this being Todd Terje's remix ( you sure its not Todd Terry that dis the remix of some of "Every Thing But The Girl" songs like "I Miss You"?). I know that classic Chic Vocal and this ain't my girl Jody. I'll look 4 the remix. Thanks

  • King Britt had played the Jody Watley cover earlier that night, produced by dj spinna. Great cover of a great track. Can't believe i missed dixon was shattered i.e lightweight!!
