I was 2 years old the the series started, so i didn't listen from the beginning, but after many years I started to watch again. I have to say, The Sopranos is a funny comedy after this masterpiece. The soundtrack is shocking, the story could be real, and the title (octopus) is a perfect choice.

If there is anybody who didn't watch this series, now it's high time to sit down and start to watch.

@RadoDani ... I think you can find them on torrent sites (if you're lucky), and a last chance might be ordering from amazon. I have the series on the shelf, but contains only hungarian stream without any subtitle.... :-/

this movie didn't put Italy in a bad light. I took it as a sample for how in fact they control the system at the global level...Coming back, I never saw a soundtrack to fit such well upon the story of the movie like this one. Placido - incredible. La Piovra makes the american police movies to look all like poor parodies.
