Adv. 1 and 2 are not speediong at all (but the risc of distracted driving), the 3rd is (massive) speeding, the 4th shows the risc of distracted walking, the 5th massive speeding again. its funny when speeding only accounts for around 5% of the Australian road toll...the speed kills is just a revenue raiser...reason why speed limits are lower than whats recommended so ppl are more likely to speed = more fines and more money
