i noticed that you said in the sidebar that you're still perfecting this look, so maybe i might suggest lowering the top line right into your crease(even if your lids aren't even you can add a thicker line to one eye or vice-versa) and instead of a liquid eyeliner, use a pencil and smudge it with your fingers or a brush, since Uruha doesn't really have a crisp line :)
