Do you get killed often by these noobs? If so, it can explain why you choose to call them noskill noobs ;) Some people are just gods with the huntsman.
To be honest, the sniper was meant to be a longe range class, and quite frankly going up close and personal isn't the best idea because he has low health. You should let a heavy or pyro go up while you try to snipe them. Just my thoughts and Huntsman is fun. A funny thing happened to me when we lost, I performed the taunt kill and killed a scout xD

I agree with you, but still I feel that the sniper is a long range class, the Huntsman hasn't really changed much. The Sniper is still a class that keeps a little behind, but if a local threat should appear, the Huntsman is very valuable! I think it's also easier to kill scouts with it.

Don't forget that Valve said they wanted the sniper to give up some of the distance advantage.
