Swoop was my first animated figure, I liked him so much I ended up getting most of the deluxe toys. He looks good on Battle unicorn, raising his mace over head. Especially facing off against grimlock with his fire breath.

All I need now is a megatron and probably the twins. I like leader megs best but I'll probably just get the voyager

IMO i think you're better off getting Leader megs (grey or black version). the voyager animated megs has a very frustrating arm-cannon assembly in robot mode which makes him difficult to pose

The head on my Swoop pops off rather easily. I'd like to get a second one so I can try to mod/fix the mace gimmick.

the first one i got (pre-release) was a bit loose at the head ball joint as well. but the second one's alright

I got all 3 of the Dinos on clearance and they're awsome! Even Slag, errr...Snarl looks good. Dinobots figures are meant to be bought as a set. I'm also tempted to buy another Blurr just for backup but i guess I don't play as a kid anymore to worry about the joints to be loosed.

Nice review!

There really is something magical about displaying them side by side in robot and alt mode.

The transformation is much more impressive when you can see the the "to" and "from" at the same time.

Good job!

P.S. Jazz is WAY better than Swindle. :)
