  • yah! yah! yah! blah! blah! blah! yaddy! yaddy !yah! ur hired u got the job so you can shut that hole in ur face =) hehehe hahaha

  • doesn't sound fake at all....

  • My opinion: You should use less words to express what you need to say.. I just didn't like how he was still talking after the first 30 seconds I wanted him to shut up.. The Question was simple and it got 2minute answer.. .. Just find the Keywords a company wants to hear and be ready to back it up with answers.

  • ... also, i am the best bullshitter around because I say happy bullshit to you and to prove it you will hire me so that i can get more shit from the bulls so that your company spins faster on the fresh bullshit which i will shit!! Now, if u will excuse me, I gotte go n shit.

  • has anyone counted on how many times he has said "UH" ?!?!?! holy geez!

  • congratulations, you are now assistant to the assistant chief burger flipper at mcdonalds.

  • "impressive answer" in 0:02 is a bit too sexy...lol

  • "Impressive answer!"

    "Nice example!"

    "They're really prepared!"

    "Good point!"

    "I wanna hire this person!"

    "Timid and unimaginative..."

  • Please consider that this model might work in the states ... but NOT in Europe!!

  • that was fast..i don't even understand what he's saying..!!

  • wow good answer... very confident...

  • i worked 170 hr work weeks....it's possible....

  • @MrBigEnchilada How is that possible when there are only 168 hours in a week?

  • @Zain844 im mocking on the fact that people expect you to say really nice but sometimes vague or unachievable things in your interview to make the first impression.

  • @MrBigEnchilada I thought you were serious

  • 4 80 hour work weeks? ryt...

  • WOW ! !REALLY INSPIRING . YOW :)

  • answer should be "because i applied for this job mother fucker!"

  • @t0psecretshit Racist!

  • tooo fukn long make it simple you idiot !!!

  • Look at his answer..lol....fcuk u

  • @t0psecretshit yeah, its the problem with rehearsed answers, they get no empathy, its instinctively disgusting, not his fault

  • u speak enough, plz see the door right here :p

  • ah... um... ah...

impressive! good point! i wanna hire this person!

  • As a hiring supervisor I would hire him however I wouldn't remember a word he said cause it was too long. A strong, shorter would have made a stronger impact for me.

  • If he could come up with that much bull shit to talk about from a single question, he's a great candidate for customer service. People like for someone to talk to them. I hate customer service my self personally. I don't like talking with people. Its so irritating most of the time because people just waste your time with meaningless garbage. My job is fast & demanding. I just don't have time to talk. Give me a computer and a nice quiet office and I'm just fine.

  • If anyone can answer before 11 AM tomorrow, i have an interview and i want to know if i should bring up the fact that I'm going to be joining the marines when I'm 18.

  • It was like umm that companies 2nd largest thing or something so umm yea i was pretty proud of that

  • This interview was great up until the 19th second then i immediately swtiched off. His answer was too damn long. If i was that interviewer, i'd be scared to ask the next question. If it took this guy 1 min and 58 seconds to answer a simple question like 'why should we hire you?'..... Imagine how long it will take him to answer a behavioural question...lol.

  • hmmmmmmmm jackass get out u talk so much

  • hunt for local jobs online careerstartnow .info got an interview tomorrow

  • hiiiiiiiiii

  • @t0psecretshit ya your probably right he did look like a pinche vato mentiroso hijo de la verga ahahaha im just being honest as well..

  • @losamigosrecords i dont know what you just said but it made me blow ice cold 7up out my nose. im going to start saying that to people even though i dont know what it means. ha!

  • loll "I also like what I read on your website" .. doesn't have the job yet and already kissing ass

  • Although he's giving specifics to support his claims, it's a very long answer... a real interviewer is going to stop you & redirect.

  • Why would anyone tell their perspective employer that they have a Type A personality?

It tells that employers the you are high strung and anything could set you off

  • I have to agree with others, two minutes is too long to answer the question!

  • Sounds to rehearsed.

  • way to long

  • Comment removed

  • Yeah, waaaaaaaaaaaay too long answer. I got lost in his answer and wasnt even sure what he was trying to say. This is not good advice.

  • This answer seems way too long, and the guy says um, arr, err too much it seems..?

  • @t0psecretshit

After listening to him for more than a minute I was half expecting him to say, "When I was three years old, my classmates in preschool didn't want to let me play in the sand box. But after much persistence, and offers of candy, I finally prevailed."

  • @elzoog It was more of a long answer. I would think employers are looking for someone around this ball park but I wouldn't think they want a whole life story of why should this employer hire the applicant. Keeping it under 30 secs the most I'd say.

  • Haters gonna hate.

  • too long

  • i would hire him because he's cute

  • I like him.... I would hire him.

  • i Beleive she asked you why she should hire you...not your life story

  • agrre too longggggggggg

  • I would hire him; here is what they are looking for. Energy. Most companies want energy, positive energy. That's good and it is also contagious. That spills over to other workers. They want to see self esteem. It is not arrogant to sell yourself; in todays job market you will need to do that before you start selling the company's ideas and products. If you can't do that, sadly, you are dead in the water.

  • sound like a smart ass...you're fired!

  • Jug off IF I'M AN EMPLOYER I WOULDN'T HIRE THIS MAN BECAUSE HE SEEMS TO BE A SMART ASS ...WTF!!I'M SNOORING HERE GO AHEAD NOW IDIOT!!!

  • Comment removed

  • i found mine quite quick on verizz.info

  • companies rarely (if ever) ask generic questions like that.... and if my manager heard a candidate answer a question like that, he'd come and laugh , telling me what a clown that candidate was.

  • Too much "uh"s I couldnt concentrate on what the man was saying

  • @t0psecretshit i would hire you.

  • I wouldn't hire him because of the UHHH! UHH UHH ANNOOYINGGG!

  • never do a so much "ahhh" on an interview. just avoid them.

  • The one who said 'I wanna hire this person' sounds horny

  • my answer would be "if you are not sure why should you hire me".. then FUCK OFF

  • im going to have a job interview in Qatar airways i really need the advice

  • @rami2375

yeah dude me too...im so nervous man ;( its in 10 hours :( damn !!!

  • @massiveattack786 Did u get the job? What type of job :P and good luck in the future :)

  • im having my first interview tommorow, this only makes me scared, ive never had any supervisor tell im good etc, and that guys probably making all that up show off

  • There are too many "umms" and "errs" in this response, and too much blinking. It could help if he smiled at times too.

  • You should hire me becuase this job becyase i can read an auto-queue....

  • well if u dont..u r paying 4 my welfare...

  • @t0psecretshit lol, are you in hr? hahahah

  • @wtfhellas no but first impression is important to me. its difficult to forget. plus yeah i dont like his face. ha. i guess i'm prejudice. ha!

  • I think you should hire me because I drove all the way here just to answer your stupid questions.

    Okay!?

  • @Jamesx1010

    hhhahahahahahaha

  • @Jamesx1010 This is the most greatest answer i ever read! Your hired brother!!!

  • @Jamesx1010

In reality, I drove very far for a stupid interview....

The lady said: ''You drove all way out here? wow, o my gawwwddd'

    Then they didnt hire me.

  • @Jamesx1010 hahah!

  • @Jamesx1010 LOL

  • dont need to explain sooo muach

  • JESUS CHRIST IS LORD ! The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. GET SAVED NOW !

  • @YTmes Amen!!

  • Its a good thing to have a lot of experience and knowledge and motivation but sometimes they don't hire you because you could take their job. Most of the time you need someone to help you get in the company. Its not fare but theres nothing else to do. Everyone tries to do their best. :(

  • uhhhh... hes rambling, im bored.

  • SO what gotcha fired from your last GREAT company? huh

  • Is that grease I hear, or is it the noise of a tongue.

  • A year ago I went for an interview for a management post in a distribution firm- I was well qualified & experienced, but they gave the job to this slick younger guy in a perfect suit. In the feedback they criticised only my ‘physical presentation’.

About 6m later this guy had to leave, after numerous ‘misconduct’ complaints from female members of staff. Turns out he had a history of this, but no-one was allowed to mention it on his references- he just came across as an amazing high-flyer!

  • Interviewer is fast asleep

  • He is definitely OVER TALKING....wtf i forgot the question

  • can you repeat that?

  • also I'm pretty sure saying what TYPE of personality you have kind of ... seems stupid? I mean who cares as long as you get the job done. That shows arrogance lol. TYPE A FOR ARROGANCE!

  • Lol. The first 20 seconds of his answer would have been good enough.

I think giving an example can be dreary... unless it's 20 seconds too or something. But 2 minutes? Too much fluff and it gets boring.

  • answer, then why u call me for this interview u dick head :XD

  • I would answer this way... "Well, first of all, it's up to you to hire me. And if you decide to hire me, it would be because you believe I'm qualified and have the necessary experience and skills and therefore I would be happy for that."

  • The reason people become a drug dealer, stripper or hooker.... all less demeaning than this dork, acting like a preening lapdpg jumping thru corporate hoops sucking the corp teet to land an over work, underpaid hack job

  • i don't think i could ever bullshit that way as a response to that type of question.....employers sniff these things out easily

  • jesus christ interviews are so gay. Stuff like this is why the corporate world sucks

  • how come managers always act like your doing somethig wrong, like their always against you. Even when you do a good job, their still seem pissed at you. Why are they like that ?

  • very long explanation ...

  • i would grow tired and stop listening to him half way if i was the interviewer. Because *I* didnt hear him, i dont like *HIM*.

  • rebeba marginal

  • WHO HAS A WORK MOTTO.. ALL THIS STUFF SOUNDS SO LAME AND PRACTICED.. JUST BE YOUR SELF, TALK CLEARLY, AND DRESS NICE

  • i hate job interviews it makes me feel like a street harlot.

  • Ive got some quite innovative idea's on how to get hired. CHECK OUT MY VIDEO'S!!!!

  • The intro and outro wants to make me kill children.

  • And if you still don't get the job, ask them: who's dick do I have to suck?

  • @richiejustice1 Now, that is the million dollar question. You can be smarter, better looking, and more charismatic, but a gayer guy has the edge.

I want to fight for my next job...literally. I should bring some gloves and challenge the boss. After a good rumble, he'll realize how great it is for relieving stress. Talking is boring.

  • I found this website, personally i think it has great advice about career planning. Check it out, hopefully it helps. CareerInfo411 . com

  • If i have done all that sh1t he says, i wouldnt need to lick ass

  • consultingcase101 has a lot of sample interview questions & answers from top consulting firms.

  • Dude, it's Charles in Charge!

  • must our answer to that short question be THAT long??

  • @DKRaFiQ Yes it should, it's possibly the most important question an interviewer will ask you.

  • @DKRaFiQ

If you're going to a top company / graduate scheme 2-3 mins is standard for this. Learn the star method STAR, google STAR interview.

  • You're fired!!!!

  • So the next time I want to have a good answer in an interview, I would make up a two minutes essay long story instead?

  • Good Music. Keep it up

  • This person really just talks about common sense.

For those struggling to actually trying to get an interview, it is actually easy. All you must do is try and seperate yourself from the field. This can be done through networking or utilising many sources on the internet. Just as a starting point anyway.

Apparently over 60% of jobs/employees are found through sites like LinkedIn

  • ok people who talk too much for one simple line can be fake. just answer it dont tell a story geez.

  • This guy is blinking too much. That's LACKING confidence

  • Sounds very like he's pathological liar LOL

  • its funny if you record yourself in an interview and then watch it you'll sound like a dickhead.. LAWLZ

  • say you're "goal oriented" & the job is yours =]

  • this guy is good, but gay

  • I am not skilled in anything, but I will tell you what you want me to tell you, and will most likely despise you behind your back, because I can't do anything except being a serf. I will NEVER EVER hire this guy. EVER!

  • zZZzzzZZzzzzZZZzzz

  • this guy is talking out of his ass

  • @sallysax

    hahahaha... LOL!

  • @AkuKiniKembali lolol

  • Stupid question to ask in interview .

  • It is a good day try to find good Latino girl rockmycity.info

  • @sdrtysrtyfghdfuhrdtu NO. I DONT WANT 1

  • In other words...be full of shit

  • He seems very educated and has learned how to answer questions clearly and in detail; providing concrete examples to make sure that his answers are "result-oriented." I would hire him.

  • @hrbear

    "social fronts" have their uses.

Managers(people in power) often make decisions based on how it would affect their position instead of doing the correct thing. Some of their decisions are really mind-boggling. Job interview usually do not capture this.

Some jobs really look for devious, dishonest people who appear to be honest and direct. Most people that seek power are like that.

Why should we hire you?-is a stupid Q.

We all have our "social front" to hide the Freudian nature inside.

  • @Jkajwang you must like bullshitters then

  • I'll be surprised if the video clip doens't end with him "spraying" all over the desk because of his hands jerking around. Otherwise, he gave some pretty good answers.

  • too long answer?>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

  • butter the company up..and you get the job..!!..jejejeje

  • Essentially all this "kissing Ass" shit during an interview sort of makes me sick.

why do we feel the need to put ourselves thru this, for some corporate bullshit company that doesn't give a Damn About you when it comes down to it, and, we line up, nervously, and "prepare" to spew all this "Fluff" about what we've done, how "Great and reliable" a worker we'll be for them ( most often, for shit money) when we know once the honeymoon's over, we'll be looking for the door? anyone?

  • @drumdude46 I wouldn't kiss ass, period. My first interview. Guy said, "This job is tough, it can wear you out." I was like, "Yeah, that's all right." Got the job.

  • wordy! over confident!,, im not gonna hire hime..being a part of HR recruitment!

  • Too long did not listen.

  • This is not helpful, this guy is a tool.

  • Tip #1: Answer all possible questions with your first response.

  • Is that Jim Gaffigan saying, "I want to hire this person"? It sounds like Gaffigan.

  • @somper10 HAHAHAHAHAH IT SO DOES
