Horrible review. Totally unprofessional. Doesn't even know how to pronounce the manufacturer's name (way com) that's pretty well known if you're a tech head at any level.

can someone help me? I have a windows XP computer, and a new Bamboo tablet. I have a calibration issue which i can not seem to solve, when i move my pen to the bottom of the tablet or anywhere on it, the cursor moves slowly. its as if the tablet is only using a portion of my monitor, even though it shows in the properties that is taking up the full screen, please someone help.

Still recommended? I know theres a new generation of bamboos out there, but I'm about to get one because of it's price. I've been using a broken Volito2 for 3 years, so any tablet will be better than mine.

I still love mine. I've had no issues with it at all and it still works like a dream. Keep in mind that I've never used the new ones so I can't compare but if its alot cheaper than the new ones then get it =) If its similarly priced I would go with the newer model

I'd advice anyone who has it to set it to mouse mode and set the touch sensitive setting to medium or the middle part.

Also set the double click mode to the middle. Better than mouse and you can use it to cheat in mouse games.

You have to look at the screen, but there are LCD active tablets too. Like Wacom Cintiq for example.

Oh it does!

It works just like a normal mouse when your program doesn't support the pressure-sensitive pen.

Paint of course doesn't and so it's not the best choice for artists ;).
