Are you actually asserting that a government-issued license -- and what laughably passes for the "training" required to obtain it -- nevertheless somehow assures competence behind the wheel? Or that lack of same ensures /in/competence? That the last day she carried a license she was a good driver, and the next, by the simple act of rejecting her government's authority to restrict her right to peacefully travel, she instantly became a social menace?
