  • Cheryl,

U r the most luckiest woman to have a husband like Jay.. We also wish to have a caring husband like Jay..Clare is so cute..

  • WHERE IS THIS HOSPITAL?

  • oh im sure you did too...its common for all newborns just coming out of the womb because of all the pressure, stress etc

  • she's adorable!

  • Awesome!!! I know it's been over a year, but .. Congratulations on your first baby girl! I'm so happy for all of you. :)

  • the baby looks purple

  • geez theyre bloddy bossy people just yelling PUSH PUSH PUSH

  • look at 9:32 so cute

  • Thats is amazing, wow!

  • hey i was born in this hospital too!!!

  • Hah the lady saying visiting hours are over is funy!

  • the baby looks black

  • most babies are that color when they first come out because they were in the womb thats why they need to be rubbed down to get their oxygen and blood circulating and most babies look purple and bruised because of all the pushing form the mom

  • wow this is amazing

look at you all cool and calm and casually having a sip of coke

even if it is an epidural i still hope to have a birth liek this someday

  • that is an epidual birth all the way. and way to go I say. who needs all the drama.

  • I think Asian Ladies know something the rest of us don't. Maybe self hypnosis.

What a precious baby..AND just as precious Mom and Dad!!

  • Lady, you are so MACHO. You barely broke a sweat! How long did it take to push the baby out? I can tell the vid is edited for time. You did a great job!

  • wow! the father looks like tony jaa O.O!!!

  • i cried oh my i cried :'( that had to be the most painless looking and fastest birth iv ever seen lol

  • omg you are so tuff girl. Wow.. Did you have an epideral?

  • Congratulations! She's like 9 this year, right?

    PS. I'm a Singaporean too. :P

  • wow, you didnt scream and cry? wow im am sooo imprest! you showed the birth can be enjoyable:) thank you so much! :) very very nice video:)

  • babies are hard to deliver

  • how cute ...I am ttc! hope to have a little one..love

  • so beautiful!

  • This was so adorable, I cried.

    I can't wait to have a baby.

  • @AlyssaSilence me too.

  • It's a beautiful baby, but I'm a bit sad to see, that she's taken away from her mommy shortly after birth. I think, mother and child need to bond with eachother. Babies need skin to skin contact with their mommies..

  • I totally agree with you and I have seen alot of clips where the babies are taken away from the mothers.

  • I agree too but i guess they needed to warm the child up or something .. like wrap her up

  • What a beautiful couple you are! It is so clear you are in love, what a beautiful lucky little girl!

  • congratulations...on ur baby girl she is so cute...did u have an epidural cuz u looked like nothing..lol

i had a baby boy 7 months ago i went all natural and hes my first child ...

...may god bless you and your family and take good care of ur lil angel ..

  • Congrats She Is Beautiful!

  • malaysian or

    Great job, Cheryl.

  • Daddy looked nervous!!!! lol CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I can't believe you really felt no pain.

  • Singapore ?

    Or malaysia ?

    HAHAHAS , Nice birth .

  • That was such a beautiful video - did you have an epidural? I had one for my first birth but my second one it went so quick I didn't have time!! And she weighed 3.6kg (8 pounds) and I am a little Chinese girl (46kg before I got preggers) and I put on almost 30kg!! Lucky I managed to get rid of the majority of it 6 weeks after - must have been the breastfeeding!!! For me giving birth without the drugs was very rewarding and not as painful as I thought it would be!!

  • thank GOD it was a very wonderful clip

my last name is LIm too

  • How did she make it look so easy....?

  • lol watch her face at 5:29ish

  • It's amazing.... so so nice!!!!

  • Congratulations!

  • Beautiful video! Congratulations on your new bundle of joy! =)

  • congratz your bundle of joy is lovely

  • how sweet. the man is been always at her side to support her. congratz for a very beautiful gift from GOD!!!

  • stupid nurses reallly did not tend to baby for breathing obviously the child had a hard time gettting a gasp of air. And who cares about spelling you are so annal idiots after delivering 2k babies I should know this child DID NOT GET the appropiate throat suction, nose clearing

technique of aid that MOST children need. Air that has amnio or other debrie from Mother in her thraot of nose or lungs can suffer death and metal developmental problems. We have the right to write what we want here.

  • you are annal mate and obvusally american because i know australian hospitals do not do that and you are not right baby gets full good breath when they come out ...plz be more conciderate when putting stupid comments on birth videos when u not even right about what u say

  • what a beautiful moment! and your wife is sooo strong! wow. this the first time i witnessed a birth video in KKH! even though ive been to KKH children's tower many times... anw, congrats! :)

  • Hey! what a beauiful video! im from singapore too. studying nursing in singapore. :)

  • hey !

you guys are from singapore ??

i was born in KK too !

and i am stll in singapore

  • Did you have any types of pain relief during this? Or all completly natural??..

  • Congratulations on your beautiful baby. Nicely done video!!

  • u dont know what ur talkin about, u can even spell oxygen!!!!

  • wow she didnt even look like she was in much pain what a strong woman you married

  • u r really patiant others like to scream and break things

  • nice baby Jay & Cheryl !

i finally found this video... a video from Singapore , KK Hospital

gosh ! i wish i had a lovely wife , and had a beautiful baby

but i'm 16 years old.. yes i think far, but the baby is beautiful !

  • Whoa the baby is really purple lol. i havent seen one that purple. or are the supposed to be that purple? sorry i know i'm stupid lol.. but i'm only like.. 17.. so haha.

I think this is soo beautiful (:

  • yeah , just borned babies are purple.. after that, it will turn red

  • Purple is only one of the colors a new born baby turns!!

  • Your relationship is one to hold high,You both show so much respect and love for each other, And now you have a sweet little baby to share in that with, I hope you all live long and happy lives. I wish you all the best of luck.

  • oh my gosh *sniffles* she's beautiful you two did a wonderful job

  • what a lovly baby

i hope you have lots of fun whit her

  • great video love it.

  • BEAUTIFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • How amazing was the partner giving her sips and patting her head; being attentive. She was amazing and just so cool when she gave the peace sign and thumbs up. Wow.... what a woman.

  • Why was the baby just hanging out by herself for all that time? She shouldve been in her mother's arms! That is one of the most important bonding times there is!

  • JollyHolly: Unfortunately, in a hospital setting- they follow procedures that are not necessarily condusive to a more comfortable birth and quality bonding time with your babies. It depends on the hospital. I don't like that hospitals shy away from drug-free birthing, and they don't make soothing water baths readily available.

  • I must also add that NO labor nor birth will ever be comfortable and pain-free, but you would think that these medically trained staff members could do more to make the whole process less stressful and traumatic.

  • Unfortunately, I'm all too aware of the negative impact hospitals have on bonding with mommies and babies. It's too bad they werent more educated and supportive of keeping Clare on your chest. They could have done the measuring several hours after her birth, after you had bonded and nursed. How sad. :( Congrats on your beautiful baby though! :) I'm going to be fortunate enough to have a homebirth in January so I can forego all of the unneccessary bs that comes w/ hospitals! Yay!!

  • did u have a epuidural

  • ahh! so sweet! congratz on the beautiful baby!

  • Wow, what a great birth video. It looks so easy.

  • Eh funny la this woman. AT this age still Act cute. *Faint* Ok. I must say the birth is good but... Refer above

  • babies are actually our only hope for singapore's future..cuz when we die, the babies of today will continue singapore's legacy & maybe that's why lee hsien loong is talking about the birth thingy

  • I love how the staff were so understanding and didn't make her push while counting to ten or anything :o)

  • aww cutie baby congrats

  • Congrats The bay is really cute!!!

  • Oh, wow.
