Actually there's no record whatsoever of a man called Jesus. The Bible is fiction. Go out and live your life while your healthy, be a good person, help your fellow man. You don't need Jesus/God or Religion to do that.
God doesn't intervene in our world because everyone dies sometime, not always of old age or other health related causes. God never said he will grant us immortality on earth as we live in the flesh but rather in heaven. So why do other people expect him to save everyone from natural disaster? And those "miracles" are merely coincidences and not every christian believes they were miracles, so why generalize an entire population of people because of the actions of some people.
