Review: MAC Kohl Power "Feline"

As with any kohl liner you need to set it with powder eyeshadow. Kohls's are mean't to be smudgey, soft, and smokey. If you don't like that smokey smeared look then you need to set it with powder eyeshadow. If you want a stay put liner to give you crisp and clean lines then you should use a powerpoint liner or any waxy type liner. Kohl's transfer easier then any other liner too and have best pigmentation.

You said the MAC feline doesn't stay on very long, how long is 'not very long'? And also, does it turn your eyes into raccoon eyes like the MAC technakohl liner? PLEASE answer! I really want to know whether it's worth buying as it's out again with the Cham Pale collection!!

@Fmousy It probably depends on your eyes, but for me, Feline doesn't last long on my waterline at all. And it does tend to move down to underneath my eyes, usually on my lower lash line but it also ends up right below my lash line. It's a pretty messy liner. *lol*

Do you know if Urban Decay has some shade of liner in black-gray color which is slightly lighter than ZERO? I can order UD only online from abroad and have to trust someon else's perseption of colors.

kohl or kejel it's a mineral, like charcoal but in the safe way to be use as in cosmetics products, in Saudi Arabia is used by men too because it clears the eyballs and it make them wetty so the sand and other stuffs won't damage your eyes, you can buy natural kohl or kejel, you will see it's powder, some companies uses kohl in their liners and mascaras to give that truthly dark black color, also you kind find kejel in pearl and peach color

the 24/7 smudges on me too after a while, interestingly sometimes only on one side, so I have to carry it around with to touch up :/

i like this eyeliner but i find its too smudy. i have ppl laughing at me because i will have black smudges on my face because it smudges off my water line and i try to rub it of my lower lash area.

Rimmels self sharpened black khol eyeliner is pretty fricken black and creamy. I love it over my urban decay zero eyeliner.

Irene I had a question about MAC Kohl pencils in general. You said that they are soft to smudge right. Because I have Phone number and it's so hard to put on my eyes. I don't know if it got dried out or does. I dunno. And mine is so hard to smudge!

hey sweetie, i hav a quick question. so is kohl pencils save for contact lens users? cuz when i tried tht loreal kohl pencil i think, after a while it got on my lenses and i had to remove the lenses cuz i cudnt see. do u think its the same wit all kohl pencils or was it tht one?

I wear contacts and I'm a makeup artist, I wear and use mac kohl's all the time. You wanna be careful not to get any kind of makeup on your contacts, ever (especially not cream or oil based cosmetics) . You may just need to work on your application technique. You should use a flat liner brush to apply it, or you might want to try setting your eyeliner with a black powder eyeshadow, might help. :-)

I had a major smudge issue with Mac's pencil in Minted. I thought it was the color or something (I just wore it by itself, no eye shadow and within an hour it was bleeding up into my crease) but it made me feel a little better when you said that Feline does it too.

Feline will be out again in Jan on the 6th I believe so You do have time to save up and stock up. I am going to because i love feline and it doesn't run out of my waterline. You really have to try all of the liners to see what works for you because the UD in zero does run on me. =(

I've had the MUFE Aqua eyes and the UD 24/7. To me, they're pretty much the same product. From 2 different companies. They don't show up as dark on the first swipe so you have to build it up. But once you do it lasts relatively long on the waterline. Not all day but long enough for me to repurchase!
