Skydiving is just as affordable as any other hobby, Your Start up costs are gunna be a little higher ( Training, equipment etc.) Once you get your A-license and a rig ( about $6000 USD in total for training and complete equipment) From there the progression to to wingsuits is a realistic goal.. Many people are under the conception that skydiving is outta of reach.. It really depends how far you're willing to go!

You have no clue what your talking about. Firstly because when a parachute "fails" it dosnt mean that nothing comes out at all as you think but it means there will be a malfunctioning parachute open spinning you around out of control.

How do you suppose you would train somone to land without a parachute?

@goingtoeatpizza simple.. firstly is the theorical lesson... its very simple.. they explain all u have to do is wait till u reach the ground... then theres the practical lesson... u just have to jump off a plane without a parachute. i met this guy who was almost finishing his course... he was so happy... is so sad tht he died b4 he could receive his certificate. =p

Yeah but they won't let you jump with out a chute on you can't even get on the plane without it. Beside why would you intentionally go threw 200 normal flights then 50 wing suit flights in an instructor plus learn how to land if it fails and just to break like every bone in your body and possibly die, unlikely but still possible.
