That's the beauty of the Casio camera: you can record until the file size reached 4GB. That takes something like 30 minutes.

It's just that I didn't record this in HD. This camera will record either HD or high speed (slow motion) but not both at the same time.

That was awesome, i like making slow motion videos aswell. But my camera and editing software makes them very glitchy. I am getting a new camera. Can you tell me what you thnk of my flatground skateboarding video. Bearing in mind that its a video made after my first two years of skating.

To view it at real life speed, do you just edit the slow motion to speed the footage up?

I know you've told me before that you use Sony Vegas, but exactly what balance do you use between the playback-rate and the "rate"-setting?

[ashomsky]

Vegas has an annoying limitation on how fast you can speed up the video. Under the clip properties, you can set the playback rate no higher than 4x, and with a velocity envelope you can set the playback rate as high as 300%. I set the playback rate to 3.333x and then use the velocity envelope to vary between 300% (real-speed) and 30% playback rate (1/10 real-speed).

I guess you use an old version of Video Vegas then? I can't figure out how to make an Velocity Envelope like in the old versions any longer.

Vegas pro has the velocity envelope, but some other versions of Vegas don't. I'm working with Vegas Pro 8.0 right now.
