When I was in Six Flags America 4 years ago, this was one roller coaster that I didn't get to ride - I didn't realize it was there. I LOVE roller coasters, but watching them lay on their backs going up the hill, then flipping over - THAT made my hair stand on-end. lol. When I eventually go back to S.F. I'm DEFINITELY going on this!!! :D

This was my second every loopy roller coaster. Its so weird when u lay down and u go up up up. . . i actually became to be relaxed and then suddenly started screaming my head off. i felt like i was flying and also like i was gonna fall out. it was AWESOME! Move over Comet, (Hershey Park, PA) Batwing just might be my new fave ride!

@cdog1025 It is a crime to hold a camera while on a coaster, It can come loose and become a deadly weapon, You will be thrown out the park if caught. I was also quite inebriated, It is hard enough to walk straight if you get down like we do. Lets see how good of one you can get.

TECHNICALLY, yes you go backwards. In the station, the cars then lower themselves so you are lying on your back. Then, at multiple times in the ride, it alternates between lying on your back and flying like Superman.
