  • Man, i love this song, awesome!! really awesome!! Keep playing!

  • Mesmerising! Terrific performance.

  • Wow! ..beautiful.

  • As usual, great playing! I know we are all the sum total of our influences but was this meant to be an homage to Leo Kottke? I noticed at 2:06 you are clearly playing "Vaseline Machine Gun" and then a brief segment directly from "Up Tempo".

  • Did I came here frome Narharoth? (blackmetal terrorist) And all what I thin was: fantastic? sick.

  • grandios!!!!!!........ und ich liebe sein Lächeln

  • He is an inspiration - for me - and for every guitarist in the world! And if he isnt, than he should be! This is a masterpiece!

  • The master!

  • i like that what he has on his pink that sounds very funny nyahaha... but this song is awsome

  • @MrAvalonsama that's called a bottleneck or a slide

  • Amazing! :O

  • how long time have u been playing guitar? like 200 years? :O!!

  • Hey, I can definitely hear a little piece of good old Leo Kottke in this ....:-)

    Great playing. Love it.

  • Truly AMAZING! This is about the absolute best possible 12 string music.

  • One word for you "Awesome!!!" Keep up the good work, Ulli Bögershausen!

  • Maybe it's the slide, maybe it's the finger picking, maybe it's the openness of the chords used, but I hear a lot of bluegrass in this song and just love it. Put simply, this is a really cool song, Ulli. Keep 'em coming!

  • Wow 12 string fingerpicking.... Genius!!!

  • that is just awesome, nothing else than awesom!

  • a slide

  • wat does the slide do? i'm guessing it makes those fret slides sound better, but does it? anyways great job ulli!!!!

  • awesome!

  • omg!!!!!!! wow

  • can somebody tell me where to get those finger picks??

  • You can get basic thumb picks a Guitar Center

  • I believe he uses a Dunlop brand thumbpick, they can be found at practically any local guitar store. Antoine Dufour also uses these! :)

  • absolutely fantastic!

  • woow :) Nice

  • spring,summer,fall

  • is it just open chord in the beginning then adding stuff to the lower ones cause i really wanna figure it out lol

  • amazing amazing amazing!!

  • cool!! i should go try it out.. i have a twelve string too =D

  • Ich freue mich schon auf den Frühling in Röndgen (:

  • COOL!

  • those are some insane skills. even at half the speed it would be an extremely difficult song to master like this.

  • Jesteś Najlepszy!!! Nic więcej nie napisze!!!

  • Super!!!! Endlich wieder einer im Kottke-Stil....Sehr schöne Komposition mit Kottke-Passsagen....

  • Awesome arpeggios!

  • Simply Amazing..

  • Listen at around 2.16 and 2.46. Too similar to Leo K. to be coincidental. Great technique here, but monotonous to my ear.

  • Great !

But, in all honesty, this seems so influenced by

    Leo Kottke ...

  • On second thought, it comes to remind of

    'Dear Prudence' ...

Then, on third thought,it comes that all music is influenced by somebody else's music - and their music was inspired by someone...

So, it goes on and on ...

I guess it is impossible by now, to come out with something that is so unique that it does not remind of something that's been heard before ...

  • The greatest guitar playing I've ever heard.

    exceptional use of rubato.Brilliant.

  • Das ist richtig gut. o_O

  • Hallo :) Ich freue mich schon aufs nächste Acoustic Guitar Meeting! Hoffentlich wieder mit so exzellenten Partnern wie Andy McKee und dem großen Don Ross.

  • cool... danke thanks a lot.

  • That some Leo Kottke? Sounds like it maybe. Been awhile since I listen to any music.

  • i must admit that your music is pretty hard to be understood by any people...

  • eineScheibeBrot, you really think it hard to understand? To me it sounds very traditional. Let you ears get used to it. I do agree you need some practice to play it, but not listen at really :))

  • this song is so cool ^^ great

  • Was soll man dazu sagen? Also, mir jedenfalls kommt da jedes Wort unzureichend vor.
