  • I used to be look at adjectives like you, then I took a tear in the quad.

  • I just saw this like a minute ago on Netflix and just had to know if anyone else pointed it out.

  • COME ON AND SLAM

    AND WELCOME TO THE JAM

  • Bischoff corpsing?

  • lol i think its funny when the WWE talk about and play clips from the fall of WCW , they always seem to show this. Its almost like there saying the fact that they didnt know verbs from adjective's caused all there fuck ups and there eventual demise.

  • @joehigashi2012 but nevermind that s**t...here comes Mongo!

  • @Hellstorm616 LOL hilarious if it wasnt for botchamania i would have forgot about that guy.

  • College? I believe Nash was skipping English classes in Elementary school. lol With that said, Nash is such a "play" Haha!

  • And ye behold, a Botchamania meme was born

  • I've lost faith in humanity...

  • This is a real play promo

  • Nash must have been drunk.

  • I searched for the meaning of the adjective "play" for a while. Give me back the time.

  • oh i get it!its not an adjective its a verb!i went to a 4 year college to find that out lol!

  • he DID go to College he had a full Basketball ride to Tennessee he placed 2nd in Mr Basketball in Michigan his senior year first place went to Magic Johnson

  • Play is a verb, Mr. Nash.

  • il earned this in grade four, what an idiot

  • hahahahahahahahahahahhahahaha, generally american are just stupid

  • @markomodo Ignorance and stupidity in one sentence, how do you do it? Fyi, american isn't plural

  • @fhliestkid88 forgive me, that's called a typo

  • 10 people are here to play.

  • scott hall was on more drugs and drink at this time than now..steroids are a great thing after all

  • Back when Scott Hall was in shape. Now he is just a train wreck.

  • i hope he meant verb lol

  • Any money says half of the people in the audience that night didn't even pick up the mistake...

  • @CaptainAustralia5000 im willing to bet more than 3/4

  • If Kevin nash is considered one of the smarter wrestlers in the business, then wrestlers must be pretty fucking stupid

  • @koalajones88 it's actually a very old acronym, I think rooted in the military: Situation Normal, All Fucked Up.

  • Play isn't an additive. Click.

  • lol Play is a verb. An adjective would be like. The White car rolled down the street.

    White is the adjective.

  • I have a play penis. OH YEAH!

  • No one ever said pro wrestlers were really smart. Some are

really smart but others just are as bright as a rock. They just

had the looks and the know how be paid to amuse everyone.

They made the 90's very fun for most of use and that is what

really matters. I would not doubt that teens of this era had

bad grammar grades after watching this for years but it

was one of the best shows for the mid 1990 teen and

college fans of the best wrestling show in that era. :)

  • I'm usually one to correct people, but I never realized that he messed up or maybe I just don't give a shit what Nash has to say

  • lmao thats a verb nigga.

  • @tncl85 thank you captain obvious

    .....faggot

  • This is where the play boys big.

  • Go to college? This is shit you should be learning in elementary! What the fuck kind of standards do we have in America for fuxsake!

  • @maxpower789z I majored in adjectives, so shut your mouth.

  • @ninjajesus81 Interesting.

  • @maxpower789z You can take that verb and stick it straight up your ass.

  • Kevin Nash you look very wrestling here, perhaps later we can go do some stupid.

  • Not the most educated guy to be sure. But at the end of the day, big fucking deal. He's a pro wrestler/entertainer, not an english professor.

  • From this alone I think playing is what confused Nash in the first place...smh. Hopefully he is there to learn how to separate his nouns from his verbs and adjectives...

  • adjustable sounds like there isnt a 'D'....NWO 4 lyfe

  • 8 people just found out the word play is a verb and not an adjective. LOL

  • Can I use this as a teaching aid?

  • LMAO!!!!!!!!

  • i dont think you learn this as early as 4th grade

  • seriously you learn this in basic english in 1st grade the teacher says to remember a verb is something you can do can you tall eric?can you act scott hall?can you think nash? numb nuts was failing since the jump he had never had nothin but a power bomb which he could never get up anyone past 250 above his waist!!what a loser

  • PLAY

  • lol, i never realized this at the time. ahh, pro wrestling.

  • Im surprised no one did a shoot on him for this

  • All those quad tears that Nash experienced has affected his brain.

  • adj is 'big', verb is 'play'

  • hahaha finally i see someone poking fun at this haha

  • I think the video should be named "This is why you go to Elementary School." because shit...If you're barely learning this in College then you're seriously fucked looololol!

  • Now I get its supposed to be a joke but I just dont get it lol

  • This was actually on a dvd, mindboggling.

  • verb! that's what's happenin"!

  • @ctt4lfecw Verb. It's what you do.

  • Guys, your not only proofreading, really hope I spelled that right being on this english class chat, a pro wrestling monologue, one that odds are was wrote down by some real dumbass in the back, but doing it to one about 15 years old.

  • Funny how it shows Nash being a dumbass along with a few people here who don't get it.

  • He was hiding in play sight.

  • I guess he tore his brain.

  • There is a proud University of Tennessee grad.

  • this proves you don't have to be smart to be a millionaire.

  • "This is where the big boys' play, huh?" Look at the clause "where the big boys' play" now look at the verb, PLAY.

  • Nash looked pretty play in this promo.

  • Every since tearing his quad and hitting his head on the ground as a result (at the age of 2), Nash's mental state just hasn't been the same.

  • Play is a verb, Nash. I caught that the first time I ever saw that show.

  • he played college basketball.

  • thankyou

  • Play is a verb. LOL

  • haha, he was joking.

  • lol

  • Notice the prepositional phrase: big.

  • He is as dumb as he looks.

  • lol. I thought I was the only one who ever noticed that. Especially since nobody had mentioned it in the many replays I've seen since then.

  • Uhh didn't Nash play 4 years of College Basketball? He was at a University but maybe he didn't go to class

  • Uhh didn't Nash play 4 years of College Basketball?

  • it's an idiom. he makes sure of this by the way he chooses to define it in a manner seperate from the original intended use.

  • This is where Big Daddy Cool FAILS

  • scott hall is quite proficient in the english language, he just never bothered to listen to other wrestlers promos, he came night in and night out to do his thing, collect his checks and leave. thats why he was all ya ya adjective mothafuka we aint here to play! w/e gimme mah check.

  • The adjective in this case is Dumb.

  • The adjective is "BIG" lol

  • Haha what a dope! It's a pronoun, EDIOT

  • The University of Tennessee's finest

  • Kevin Nash is a very play wrestler.

  • @SomethingRules LMAO HAHA!

  • It's all apart of a script guys. Sheesh.

  • @tb049 No, on more than one occasion Nash has tried ti sound intelligent. In wcw he always looked like a dumb biker tho.

  • @Thebadguy1987

Why even bash someone on a video with your spelling???

You should get your G.E.D. & carpool with Big Daddy Cool. lol

Your spelling is just as bad as how Nash speaks on television.

Who ever messes up the word "to" with ti??? Those two letter

words are not hard to learn before fifth grade. Both are dunces.

  • Look at the adjective, BIG. We're here to BIG.

  • @LiberiArcano hahahaha

  • if you tell him he's wrong he'll put a noun in your face (boot)

  • @landofextreme7 lmao

  • play is a verb. just sayin'.

  • @beanthegod No...

I guess you should of went to college as well.

  • @beanthegod play is not a verb....verbs usually end in ING. Playing however, is a verb. An English lesson from an Englishman, don't feel too hard done by. Just sayin'.

  • @jasonholden

In the phrase "where the big boys play," play is a verb. The noun form of play, as in a theater production, isn't relevant here.

  • @jasonholden play most definitely is a verb in his sentence. It's what the big boys are doing, and a verb is a action. Maybe you should take a english class with big kev.

  • @poethepoetspoet "is AN action" "Maybe you should take AN English class".

You're welcome. Make sure when you burn someone that's it isn't with your own flames.

  • "I'M THE SHIT!"

  • Screw the rules, I have creative influence! Adjective, INFLUENCE!

  • "Big" was the adjective he was referring to, dumbasses!

  • @MobKnowledge Guess Nash ain't smarter than a 5th grader.

  • I was actually going to make a video about this LOL Thanks though, it is funny!

  • Ay YO! I think da bad guy shoulda done this part.

  • Not even college, it's more elementary then anything.

  • Nash - look at the adjective ( lol..its an noun you fucking ignorant people lol right scott hall?) play..we aint here to play.

scott - lol good one kevin lol

  • I Laughed soooo hard at this!! look at the adjective people: LAUGHED

    LOL!

  • Big is the Adjective he should have said, There's nothing big around here! But that is just my 2 cents

  • You really don't need a college degree to learn about nouns, verbs, and adjectives, do you?

  • Bischoff, if you had so much as half of a brain in your head....you would have NEVER picked up Hall & Nash. Hall was good, Nash always sucked.

  • @NWA1985WCCW Scott Hall could have been WCW World Champion had it not been for the drugs. Nash on the other hand helped ruin WCW.

  • Still, doesn't compare to Sid Vicious yelling "I...have half...the brain...that you do!"

  • dude is 50 years old i think somewhere around there, im 21 AND I HAVE troublesx trying to remember what a verb adjective and some other shit i learned in grade 4 . fact is ppl forget what is not important to th em. you think he needs to kno what an adjective is. being a pro wrestler,w hat you need to kno is a good pharmacist and a good masssuese

  • yeah. play is definitely a verb/noun. nash is still the coolest ever. i believe this and so does ricky morton.

  • Adjective?

    Ummmm...

  • For the money he made to say that line I am sure he does not give a shit about "college"

  • Lol The actual adjective is "big" and the VERB is "play"

    Probably a scripted typo

  • @newjack1879

that was i think on purpose, kevin nash is a too much of an erudite if you see some of his promos and some actual shoot interviews

& this time when the outsiders were being escorted out of the wcw arena, he shouted "attica, attica'...you dont expect that from too many wrestlers.

  • @newjack1879 WCW didn't use scripts. Bischoff got in trouble with standards at Turner he said that he couldn't send them scripts to pre-filter since all they had were bullet points and guys who could actually cut a promo on their own.

  • HAHA! VERB! I think it was a scripted flub though.

  • I love this line. I have a feeling he did that a purpose to add to this total BAd ass character

  • nice quality

  • He's slightly more coherent than the Ultimate Warrior.

  • I want a full clip of Kevin Nash WCW debut who have it

  • OMGZ he messed up the name of a grammar tool!!!1!!!

    Who the f*ck cares?

  • @wcwnitroguy it is funny and I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't do it on purpose. it seems like to me like that would be his sense of humor

  • Everyone messes up, I'm sure he knows the difference between an adjective and a verb. Kevin Nash is the man.

  • according to wikipedia, kevin nash actually attended the university of tennessee

  • @omfgitsxavierwtf He sure did. played basketball for the good ole UT

  • @omfgitsxavierwtf that's right.

  • BIG was the adjective

  • screw college. I learned this in grade 4

  • Right!!!!

  • @eltornado1978 damn you learned in school

  • @eltornado1978 this is more elementary work.

  • @eltornado1978 lol more like grade 2

  • @eltornado1978 It's different for Americans, they learn that kinda stuff at around the age of 80.

  • verb!

  • Innocent mistake. I am sure most of the idiots at home missed it.

  • I think Nash had to be drunk dyring that.

  • lol not sure, but hall was guaranteed lol

  • well play is a verb i think but just one reson you get in your contract that you make your own shit even thow he probly did in this video

  • not to be a dick but they dont write there promo's. it was a joke.

  • I am sure he just misspoke. If anyone has ever listened to Kevin Nash outside the wrestling ring, you would know he is definitely one of the more intelligent people in wrestling.

  • Wow, I thought I was the only one hahaha.

I remember watching this when I was like 7 and thinking to myself "did he just say adjective?".

    But yeah it's crazy.

  • Ironically, he attended the University of Tennessee lol.

  • yh got in on a basketball scholarship tho

  • Let's cut him some slacks because Lord knows he might have been drunk or stoned there lol.

  • Umm..Player = Noun...

I guess your gonna be sitting there right beside Kev eh?

  • Whatever, I was sleepy.

    There, that's an adjective.

  • I'm sure he just said it playfully.

  • Shit - was that an adverb?

  • VERB

  • what would Ummm...be?

  • Damn...he totally choked that one. KEVIN NASH, WE COMING FOR YOU NIGGA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • VERB! *Plays Super Slam Mix in the Background*

  • wow people really took this seriously. i mean come on! so he messed up, it's a common slip up that everyone makes once in a while. if u say u don't ur a lie. if i were him i would've laughed it off right then and there.

  • you go to college to make yourself look like a tool on tv not being able to seperate adjectives and verbs?

  • Seriously, I'd like to see some internet wrestling fans do an ad-lib promo (like Nash and others did at the time) on national TV, and always perfectly present their ideas without error. I know I personally would screw up more than Scott Steiner and Luger put together. (two more wrestlers that went to college - go figure). Then again, I'd probably up screw even more with a script....

  • By the time he got to "play" in his promo, he probably was well aware that he said the wrong thing. But being a tough guy and taking over WCW, he had to just go with it and pretend that's what he meant to say.

  • I don't think it's a matter of not knowing what a verb or an adjective is. I'm pretty sure a college grad knows that (that's like elementary school language basics). I think he just said adjective since he was thinking how the WCW promotional statement was basically descriptive of the wrestlers there. The main point of "Where the big boys play" is that the "boys" are "big". But instead he was focusing /his/ counter-statement on "play", basically implying that they are kids.

  • he went to college and actually he's pretty smart

  • we aint here to learn nuthing bout no book lernin neither. lolz

  • so he flubbed on his lines...I still want to sit on his face and grind my monkey into his goatee....purrrrr

  • That has to be the funniest comment i have ever read. Anywhere.
