@atari3200t I somewhat agree except the crappy trash band part.They learned alot through Metallica...song structure,melodic lead playing,using double bass and many other things.Metallica,believe it or not is a very talented group with alot to offer young musicians.Anyway,they have moved on.They had alot of fun covering their music during that phase of their musical growth.

@EsPwYLdE If i was to state my opinion i would say go with a Dean, Jackson, ESP any one of there guitars are amazing and thats about as heavy metal as it gets. Good choice on the Marshall amps very metal sound.
