He's so cute! I use this device with almost every child I work with (all on the spectrum). One word of advice to parents: make sure you're not placing too many demands. You want the device to be associated with reinforcement! Start everything at the mand level (requesting) rather than echoing which is a higher, more demanding skill. A good natural correction procedure for the device is to reinforce anything the learner says. (If he/she says "drink" but wanted "eat," give him a drink.)
