Terrible spots. If you are a low level it would be best to do slayer asap since it's exp is similar or greater than these spot also once your level is high enough you can gain access to abby demons, dark beasts and stryker worms.

It's best to kill something which gives money and decent drops such as smost slayer tasks so when you finally reach 99 str or whatever you won't have a 10m bank to pk with or what ever.

Yaks are only better than zombies with sc items... Which degrade quickly. Zombies have the advantage of unlimited piety and salve (e). Those twomake armoured zombies superior.
