When police entered the dwelling an officer saw the little girl on the couch and rushed her out of the house and didn't notice the burns until she was outside. The officer then called fire rescue for her, but it (god rest her soul) was too late......

Several years ago in NYC there was a homeless man who suffered mental illness that climbed nude on top of a business awning (10-15ft) from the ground.
