Well, this isn't American Idol. According to the US Constitution, the POTUS makes a nomination to the Supreme Court to fill a vacancy and the Senate provides advise and consent on the nomination. Should they vote against her, the POTUS will nominate someone else. As much as some may want to cast vote via text message, that's just not in the cards.
