  • Where can i get the anime studio pro at ?

  • flash is horible for 2d animation but ok for game making

    vote up if you agree

  • What's the largest OUTPUT resolution for Debut and Pro?

  • the best wAY TO START CREATING YOUR CHARACTER'S PHYSICAL PARTS IS TO USE ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS4 OR 5 OR LOWER IN LAYERS....THEN YOU SAVE THEM ALL AS INDIVIDUAL IN PNG FILE FORMAT THEN IMPORT ALL THOSE IN ANIME STUDIO PRO 7 I DID IT AND IT'S BETTER BECAUSE PHOTOSHOP HAS BETTER COLORING TOOLS AND SUCH...

  • @lilmtdgang95 using PNGs does work out well ...until you need the character to turn in a 360 movement. If you build a rig with vector shapes that you can stretch, squash and transform the parts to get effect. You can use the same shapes in your rig for any pose you can want your character to have. For limited character movement I think it's fine to use PNGs. It just depends on the result you are going for with your animation.

  • @lilmtdgang95 i likE CAPS LOCK

  • @lilmtdgang95 i still like anime studio better.

  • @lilmtdgang95 dont know about CS5 but CS2 hasn't curves which is realy LAME

  • no its possibe to do that in flash

  • @Marialroblox Awesome! I would really like to see how. Do you know of any tutorials? As far as I know you can shape tween a shape but you have to have one pretty simple shape per layer. The more you move the points around the more it freaks out and forgets beginning and end points. Adding shape hints just seems to complicate things more. I like and use flash too, would like see a tutorial on it if you have a link. Thanks in advance. =)

  • @crowquill66 im not a pro but i use only flash cs4 but its possible to do it iwas gunna say its possible but it would rtake ALOT of month and patince to do maybe even years i only do like flash way animation :>

  • @crowquill66 so basicly im a really young animator with 0 exp. XD

" 3 pigs CDI" on youtube

  • Hi Naughtonizers. Very good question. Animating points you can do in Debut, I'm not sure about some of the shading effects.. since I dont have Debut I'm not certain about final rendering. But you should be good to try this same technique in Anime Studio Debut.

  • @crowquill66 thank you

  • can you do this on debut for anime studio 7 or does it have to be pro

  • I figured out how to make star wars lightsabers in anime studio!

  • Dude, a beautiful character that looks alive, smooth movement... flawless victory, I'd say :O

  • how do you make a file for all the layers on anime studio 6

  • Cool, tutorial. I use ASP 7 and it is a really awesome program. I need to make some tutorials myself.

  • Thank you guys! I'm plannig a series of videos that breaks down my process into steps. It's tough to explain unless I take you all the way through a cartoon creation. I'll also make the source animation source files available for free on my website.

  • =D Wow this is the coolest one I've seen so far! I thought I was watching a real real cartoon! I mean it was real but like on tv and stuff. XD Pff! Does that make sense?

Anyways, =D I'm trying to figure out the differents between Debut amd pro for anime studio 7? =o Would you go with pros then dedut if you had to wait for pro? >.< I can't decide with one to get! Please help!

  • did you draw this?

  • I've never tried it, but I think if you know the software well enough you can even do full

animation (not cut out animation ) with it. (The Disney style of animation). Is that right or is it just a thought?

  • Yes. It can take time and depending on how complex the character is, it can be maddening. I find it works best by grouping the parts that hinge together.. like a face with a head in one group then group that to a neck and torso, then to the whole body. You can use rotate layers with good pivot points for the groups to get the overall movements. Then animate the vector points to soften the movements. However the more layers you have, the more work it is. For some reason, i think it's fun. lol

  • Just been working on this myself had a prob with the mouth its a pain in the backside lol Thanks for the head tip :)

  • Unbelievably cool stuff. Thanks for sharing. I was taking a look at version 6 a while back but didn't realize 7 came out already. Might have to just jump in and do it

  • Thanks for sharing this was a very useful explanation. I hope you do more.
