  • When on beam keep shoulders squared for more balance. and when your on vault get a really gud sprint so u have more power in the jump ad go faster and farther, also push through your wrists and shoulder as well. Floor routine was perfect.

  • On her weight transfer he legs didn't even bend, that is a deduction and I too am a lvl four and I just foun out the weight transfer was a major element

  • shes really good but on the handstand forwards roll she kinda landed on her back and that coukd have been a bad injury but it wasnt so try not to nex time xx

  • make sure for bars not to drop your hips on your dismount! and try not to bend your legs for you front mill circle! for beam dont put your arms in the middle put your legs in the middle for the mount on the beam! try to run for the leap. try to hold the dismount a little longer. and BE MORE CONFIDENT YOU CAN DO YOU DO IT YOUR REALLY GOOD!!!!

  • only in levels 1234 but in the other level they dont use the pitt but u call it a big block

  • you need to be more confident on what ur doing and need to lever on the way up to handstands and  on the way down. you need to watch out for check balances

  • i have 1 thing to say about vault. remember to arm circle. on beam just take your time and hold your dismount. on bars keep your legs straight when you do your mil circle. and pretty good job on floor. keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!

  • Don't take this offensively, but when she did her windy-dismount, she needs to hold it for at least 1 second. Also, when she did her handstand on beam, she kind of turned her foot, so that made her wobble. I'm not sure if her coach taught her to do that or not. Other than that, her meet went GREAT! What were her scores?

  • for a little fun with mil circles.... try going around multiple times in a row on playground bars.

  • ive been doing level 4 for 5 or 6 years gymnastic since i was 4... I'm a little better than that i just had a meet today i did REALLY good

  • shes sooooo cute. Everythings perfect!! Even her turns. She probably just slipped. Everyone does....she just lost her balance. People just over react. Good Job!!

  • The most important thing is take ur time and u will get it. I know because I used to be a lever 4 to now im level 5. i made level 5 by notrushing though. So remember take ur time and everything will fall into place.

  • how long has she been doing gymnastics? She looks really great! Shame about the beam but all of her skills looked good besides that.

  • Thanks! She's been team track 1 year and 2 months to be almost exact. :) Before that she was recreational once a week for a couple of years. She's come a long way in the past year!

  • Vault 9.0, Beam 7.8, Bars 8.85, Floor 9.3. Thanks for the advice on the bars. She noticed her legs bent a bit too. Hopefully her beam routine will go smoother next time too. Normally that's her best event.

  • She has good form, a good scale and a great roundoff back handspring. :) She should work on keeping her legs a little straighter on bars (and we all know that's hard) but otherwise she's a great gymnast! :] What were her scores?
