@ImKoolWithThis there both "real" and its personal preference. woodsball is more of a milsim or scenario type gameplay and speedball breaks it down to the pure sport of paintball.
the trick is figuring out the speed and rate of fire of your marker, and compare that to average sprint speed of your opponents and thus try to get the best lead possible on your target :\

I played competition PB in WA state on 3 man teams & 5 man teams. The chances of you faking out the other team is very slim. most teams have a set plan that they choose to do before the match even begins. Their going to carry that plan out no matter how the other team is lined up. Hes right about the first few seconds though. Our fastest match was 15 seconds. Reason being is you shoot the firing lanes on both the right and left side. Covering your angles is the most important part in the game

learn to play before you tell others how to. I saw 3 people at a tournament yesterday playing division 3 uk masters who said they learned thier tactics off you. They were all shit. after forgetting everything you said and having me teach them for 30 minutes they were relatively good players.
these tips are good for beginners. and its great that you put this stuff out on youtube, because it really helps the paintball community. but this doesnt really help experienced players.. i mean.. ive only been playing for about 3 months and i knew all of this stuff already. but then again i am a beast... hmm.. Go watch tips on dye's channel or somthing this guy is baddd expert village finds some of the most random people for their channel. The best person to take advice from is paintballtechpb or Techpb. Mike phillips is a really cool guy and really good. Met him twice.
idiots start by whipping their guns up instead of down off the break. It's probably the slowest direction. Try starting with your marker across your chest and the barrel touching the start gate and tell me it doesn't make your delay from shooting go down. Also helps you plan your shots while you wait.
Anyone really trying to get tips dont listen to this guy. First off you dont want to break with the gun facing upside down. That could be the worst advice ive ever heard. And jacksonest93 your dumb.
@jacksonest93 its EXTREMELY necessary, trust me, theres almost always somebody gets out off the break, if you dont dive or slide, odds are thos (usually talented especially when its competitive) backman are gonna shoot you out in the beginning

Because when I was running woodsball games we had speedball worked in there, to keep things exciting and exhilarating. Apart from the fact that a lot of the Marshals I worked with were tournie players as well, we all agreed that it was a good way of getting people into the action faster than having people sit around and do nothing.
When you need to navigate hazardous terrain rather than a flat fluffy arena, then you can start sharing some really good tactics to most players.
na it dont hurt just a little sting nothin much i first wint paintballing and got sniped in the ass and that sorta hurts but any where else dont hurt that bad

idiots start by whipping their guns up instead of down off the break. It's probably the slowest direction. Try starting with your marker across your chest and the barrel touching the start gate and tell me it doesn't make your delay from shooting go down. Also helps you plan your shots while you wait.

@jacksonest93 its EXTREMELY necessary, trust me, theres almost always somebody gets out off the break, if you dont dive or slide, odds are thos (usually talented especially when its competitive) backman are gonna shoot you out in the beginning

Because when I was running woodsball games we had speedball worked in there, to keep things exciting and exhilarating. Apart from the fact that a lot of the Marshals I worked with were tournie players as well, we all agreed that it was a good way of getting people into the action faster than having people sit around and do nothing.
When you need to navigate hazardous terrain rather than a flat fluffy arena, then you can start sharing some really good tactics to most players.

na it dont hurt just a little sting nothin much i first wint paintballing and got sniped in the ass and that sorta hurts but any where else dont hurt that bad
