Few constructive criticisms (I teach vocals). I think you need to warm up a bit more before you sing, sometimes you drop out of pitch, but only very slightly. Add a bit more dynamic range as well :D

Hm....No offense but I really don't care for the girl's vocals. The other guys did a good job and I like the guys vocals, but the girl's vocals just dont seem to hit. She sounds a little too high for this song. I think the girl vocals should be a little lower in tone. I think the girl has great vocals though, but they are just not meant for this song.
